This is project-shaped. It has an end state: touchpoint principles in use, a steering rhythm your teams run, and measures that read your strategy. Three months of the seat costs under a third of this and buys presence; the install is priced on what your teams keep after I leave. At €20M revenue a 1% effect is €200,000 a year. If you want the method running continuously with me in the room, that is the seat.
